IPEX is a specialized Company in piling works by using various the latest techniques and equipment.
IPEX has a wide range of piling rigs within his fleet, and all hydraulic self-erecting machines from the biggest suppliers.
 
The pile diameters can vary from usually 500mm up to 1500mm or up to 2200mm in very special case. IPEX Kelly bars are interlocking type, three to four sections telescopic in order to reach depth up to 40.0m or even 50.0m.
 
Various piling system are available on the Ground Engineering market and they can be selected to suit the ground conditions, the water table, the site environmental constrains and the Client needs.
 
The common processes are:
Large Diameter Pile – LDA.
Using temporary or permanent casing,
Using drilling support fluid such as bentonite, polymer, or even water
 
Continuous Flight Auger – CFA.

All techniques explained above have already been widely used through the past and all positive aspects of these previous experiences have been integrated in our design solutions.
Pile capacities can be tested in order to prove the settlement criteria and verify the pile behaviors.
